We are a community of movers! Using personal training, indoor and outdoor group classes, we create an environment where you can gain strength, lift your spirits and build friendships. 

Our team of certified and passionate trainers look forward to working with you to safely and effectively improve total body mobility, flexibility, strength, and power.  

Personal Training

Available as private (1:1), duet (2:1) and small group (3-8) in-studio sessions.

Regardless of your age, fitness or ability level, we will work with you to craft a customized plan to gain strength, stamina, and quality of movement to help you achieve your goals.

Group Classes

Outdoors or indoors our group classes provide strength, mobility and cardiovascular training in a welcoming and supportive environment. 

Limited class size allows our trainers to craft safe, effective programs for our clients.

Community Events

Mission: FIT supports community fitness programs. We sponsor, promote and host annual events that bring together health and wellness-minded community members and businesses.
