Mission: FIT’s Mission is to create an environment where you can Gain Strength, Lift Spirits and Build Friendships. We offer private 1:1, duet 2:1 and small group (3-8) Personal Training.
At Mission: FIT Studio you receive a customized plan for the challenge you’ve been craving.
Whether you are new to fitness training, looking to expand your current routine, or recovering from injuries, we will work with you to craft a customized plan to gain strength, stamina, and quality of movement while working around life's everyday challenges.
Regardless of your age or ability level, our trainers can design an intelligent and pragmatic program designed to help you achieve your goals.
By going at YOUR pace, you will gain confidence in strength training. We are dedicated to being educators, not drill sergeants, and being compassionate to your needs.
Our flexible hours allow you to meet with your trainer, at your convenience. Early morning, late at night or on the weekend.
1-on-1
You and your personal trainer will work together at the Mission: FIT Studio. Workout on your schedule, specifically toward your goals.
Duet 2-on-1
Pair up with a pal and save! Consider training with a friend for accountability. Enjoy a lower price per-person and the company of a friend to motivate you through your workout.
