F.I.I.T

Our version of a HIIT class.

FUNCTIONAL. INTENSE. INTERVAL. TRAINING. This class combines the cardio benefits of a HIIT class with real world functional movements to give you a challenging yet safe and effective workout. No matter your pace, get ready to move for 50 minutes straight!

Hills & Drills 

Enjoy the scenic views atop your very own Mission Hills hill. Lace up your sneakers and come ready to jog or run by following your coach through the streets surrounding Pioneer Park. This class moves around the neighborhood, taking advantage of the hills and canyons with brief intervals of band and body-weight exercises.

Barbell Class

This class will teach the basics of Weightlifting, and Olympic lifting. You will move at your own pace, use weights you select, and track your progress. Each week we will focus on one move, such as: bench press, dead lift, etc. All levels are welcome.
